With Spruce, our patients are able to text, call, email from their mobile device directly to their provider on a platform that is secure and HIPAA compliant.

How Do Virtual Visits Work?

    Download the Spruce app and create an account on your phone (Apple or Android device)

    Connect with our hearing healthcare team about your question or request. We will immediately follow up with you and provide you with next steps. You will receive immediate confirmation that we have received your questions or request via Spruce. For example, if you are requesting an appointment or to establish care, one of our clinic representatives will follow up with you either via phone, text, or email to schedule you an appointment.
